But she hasn't gotten to that point yet, as her wish had brought her to Cadelle and to a Scott that hadn't known her before she had the opportunity to try.
But Scott is clearly past that, to the point where they're an "us" and she isn't entirely sure how to respond at first, because she doesn't want this to stop. She doesn't want Scott to do the good guy thing and run away until she catches up. Not when he's already here.
But she's not going to lie to him either.
"No." She pauses for a moment, as she tries to figure out how to make that answer better. "But I wanted there to be."
