Basically. And being a human is way more complicated. When you're a coyote, you only have to worry about you. When you're human, you have a pack.

a pack, huh? Coyotes don’t travel in packs, usually? I thought they were like wolves in that way.

Regular coyotes don't, but it's safer for shifters if you have a pack.

Yeah. My alpha is here, and my cousin. And Stiles and Lydia but they're not werewolves. Still pack though.
